We can set up and configure a fully branded email service for you.
We have two email setups we recommend.
For most businesses we recommend Google Workspace, which offers;
For one-person businesses where you want to avoid the hassle of checking a separate business account, and you'd prefer all business email to look professional - hello@mysite.com , but to be automatically forwarded to your existing personal email account.
This gives you a professional email to put on your site and business cards, but saves you the monthly email fee, and the time needed to check and additional account.
In this setup, customers will only see your professional email, but when you reply from your personal email account, they will see that email address. e.g. joe@gmail.com
Important: we set this up using Cloudflare email forwarding, which is free but requires us to move your DNS to Cloudflare's powerful free DNS service. Your domain would stay with its current registrar.
Setup pricing is a one-time fee of $250+gst, regardless of the email service you choose. This includes;
Ongoing fees will depend on the mail service provider and features you choose. Google workspace pricing ranges from $6 - $18 USD/mo, will be paid directly to Google by credit card. The Cloudflare forwarding approach has no monthly fee.
If you need to migrate your email from another service, we can help! Please note this is often an intensive job.
