JUN-2024 UPDATE
Webflow now has bulk import and export built in! You'll find the buttons just above the redirects area in Webflow. See here for some important notes and limitations.
Webflow Native Bulk Import/Export
See Webflow's docs here.
Important Import Limitations
Imports purge and overwrite all existing redirects. You cannot import a small set of additional redirects, you must export your current redirects, modify the list, and then re-import them.
CSV files may be a maximum of 16MB in size- typically this is not going to be a problem for many designers.
Alternative Approaches
Note that this is primarily for historical purposes, but may be useful in relation to some of the limitations in the native approach.
Bulk import 301 Redirects
Finsweet's chrome extension adds a nice import button here that allows you to bulk import your 301 redirects from CSV.
It offers a ton of additional features as well;
Bulk export 301 Redirects
IMPORTANT: In the second half of 2023, Webflow released a new dashboard design which may break the export solutions we have here.
Adapting this technique, we can bulk export as well.

Jun-2023: Sam Pilgrim posted that some UI changes have broken the scripts above, and offers an alternative script.
