Copy and paste CSV data from your form captures into ChatGPT, and ask it to look for interesting things about the data. You might be surprised what it finds.
Important Limitation
It's currently difficult to submit much data to ChatGPT 4 as a result of its prompt length limitations. Event at say 20 records at a time I could easily overwhelm it which would effectively break the import process completely.
However, the plug-ins process that's being rolled out includes a Web Browser facility, which means you should be able to give it a public URL to your data, and it may be able to interpret it from there.
- It's unclear if there are size limits to this
- Obviously, making the data public is not ideal, even on an "unpublished" link
That said best practices might include;
- Using automation to mirror form submitted responses to a Google Sheet
- Carefully curating the fields you want to include- no identifying customer data, but all the marketing data you'd want to process
- Include dates, so that ChatGPT can be given date ranges for e.g. monthly reporting
