Multiple Forms
If you have multiple forms on the page using Finsweet's Form Submit, they have a numbered convention for separating those form elements, e.g. reset-2, and ix-trigger-2.
It's important however that the main attribute is NOT numbered;
fs-formsubmit-element = form
