The Workspaces Feature

Workspaces is a developing feature in Webflow that allows you to work across multiple clients more effectively.

Since it's a new feature, there are some issues and limitations;

From the perspective of the Workspace guest...

• You must have a Freelancer or Agency workspace in order for someone to invite you as a guest.
• No ability to name workspaces in your view, so you may have 10 "My Workspace" listed.
• No ability to remove yourself from workspaces, however Webflow's support can do that for you on request.
• Limit of 100 workspaces.

From the perspective of a Workspace owner...

• Can have any type of Workspace plan.
• No ability to limit the specific projects an invited guest has access to.
• Here's how to invite someone to your Workspace.

Use Cases

• Provide consulting, contracting, or support services for another company.
• Setup your client with their own Workspace, on their own credit card, migrate their websites to them, and have yourself invited as a guest. You'll then be able to setup site plans, hostnames etc for your client without needing their private login.
