Zapier is one of the easier-to-use automation tools, but offers good functionality and reliability overall, with a relatively low learning-curve.
It boasts perhaps the largest catalog of connected services as well.
Webflow Integration
Webflow integration is decent, but it costs. You must have a pro plan in order to use Webflow.
The same is true of Webhooks, so even posting directly to a Webhook from your form would require the pro plan.

Notes;
The triggers all appear to be polling triggers, which means that Zapier isn't aware of a new form submission, or a new order, for 5 to 10 minutes.
A webhook approach is instant, but only works for form posts.
