3rd Party Form Handlers

Webflow's native form handler has some limitations;

• It's not especially reliable, due to some aggressive SPAM countermeasures Webflow needed to enact in early 2023.
• The email notification has no styling capabilities, and cannot be whitelabeled.
• The email notification has a mandatory unsubscribe link. If you use this in conjunction with the reply-to feature, then this link becomes available to your clients, who can unsubscribe you from your own notifications.

Fortunately, there are alternatives which do not have these issues, and which can add a variety of features.

Sygnal's favorite, it is low-cost, and can be used across multiple clients with a single account. It also has excellent anti-SPAM capabilities and file upload support.

Formspark

Formspark offers the lowest cost option with a free plan and a one-time payment option.
