Are you building just one site, for your one business?

This one's interesting.

Recommendation

  1. I'd probably start with the Freelancer PAID Workspace plan, on a monthly basis.
  2. Build your site, however long that takes.
  3. Once your site is ready, enable the PAID Site Hosting Plan of your choice, depending on your CMS needs, Commerce needs, Membership needs, etc.
  4. If that's the only site you're building, then at that point, you can downgrade your Workspace plan to FREE.
