Is it a person's bio, or a news article?

Title the page with that product/service at the beginning of the page title, e.g.

Use your target in H1 Headings's
Best Pizza in Auckland
Tip: Use your target keywords at the beginning of strings for the best pagerank effect.
Organize it with URLs that also use those target keywords;
/menu/best-pizza-in-auckland
Use it in your META Description;
Best pizza in Auckland, as rated by our favorite customers.
